Creating New Technologies and Developing New Products
In order to realize the "Basic Development Policy", our R&D department constantly strives for improvement and self-development. We develop new technologies by improving our own technologies. We actually introduce external technologies, and we develop products that can impress customers and provide value.
The information of new products is shared between manufacturing, purchasing, and sales departments. So the new products can be brought to market quickly.
In addition, the R&D department not only develops products, but also responses to customer requests after products are launched. This enhances the product's completeness and utilizes it in the next product development.
MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
Our factories in Tsukuba and Biwako, adjacent to the two major commercial areas Tokyo and Osaka, deliver products quickly to customers nationwide. This way, our state-of--art facilities realize time and labor saving. We have also developed unique production facilities such as for solid fuel production.
We will continue to manufacture higher quality products through continuous improvement of facilities and processes with the participation of all Niitaka members.
In addition, domestic factories have obtained certifications for Quality ISO 9001 and Environment ISO14001.
