Dishwashing detergent

In the 1960s, in order to solve the problem of foam pollution in rivers, we focused on surfactants with excellent biodegradability called "soft types", and "My Soft" was the first dishwashing detergent adopted. Environmental protection has been the basic policy of product development since "My Soft". And dishwashing detergents have evolved and developed into various products in response to further demands such as weight and resource saving.
In particular, "My Soft Conc", which was launched in 2008, is a high-concentration & pouch package that can significantly reduce the amount of CO2 emissions during production and delivery and the amount of materials such as plastics, thus achieving both cost and environmental goals. Many customers love this concept, and the Pouch Series is still being developed and sold as our main product.

Cleaning Agents for Dishwashers

We launched the "Liquid" series that was the first in the industry to realize "Non-Hazardous" cleaning agents in liquid form. This was when "Hazardous" had been the common type for liquid cleaning agents for many years. The "Liquid" series has been also highly evaluated as being environmentally friendly, since it can keep drainage pH low.
The "Solid" series is a cartridge type that can easily dispense the cleaning agent. Among them, "Ensolid" which has both high detergency and sterilization power by its unique package, has a high effect on accumulated dirt that is difficult to remove with normal cleaning. And it has been used by many restaurants that want to maintain the cleanliness of tableware.
The "Just Pack" series with a new supply device was developed to maximize the power of the components contained in the cleaning agent. We are continuously developing it to increase the detergent cleaning effect.

Bleach / Disinfecting Agents

"Niitaka Bleach" has become a standard product for disinfecting and bleaching in kitchens. Many ideas are integrated to exceed expectation for various systems, such as by microfiltration for the stabilization of chlorine concentration, in combination with suitable surfactant for detergency etc.
"Disinfecting Neutral Detergent" is a product that has a high level of both detergency and bacteria removal, and has a good reputation for its ability to remove bacteria simultaneously with washing.

Alcohol Disinfectants

We have two categories of alcohol disinfectant, the Food Additives and Quasi-drugs. The food additives are used for food sanitation at cooking sites. Among them, with Niitaka's unique technology "NOROSTAR" is very popular because of its effectiveness against a wide range of bacteria and viruses. Quasi-drugs are useful for disinfecting hands. An alcohol disinfectant "N-Star" is effective against viruses that have been considered before now to be uncontrolabble. Utilizing our advanced technology, we will continue to develop products that are useful for food safety and healthy living.

Hand Washing Soap

Hand washing is the basic of hygiene management, and quasi-drug medicated hand washing soap is used in many facilities. We have a lineup of various products such as "Medicated Hand Soap Conc" for various purposes ranging from infectious diseases to food poisoning measures.
Since correct hand washing is so important for hygiene management, we are also conducting educational activities such as appropriate hand washing methods as well as supplying our products.

Cleaning Agents for Kitchens and Stores

Alkaline cleaner "New Chemicool", quickly removes stubborn dirt in kitchens. It has a high reputation for its powerful cleaning compared to competing products. In addition, we have developed other special cleaning agents that are optimal for various types of kitchen equipment such as steam convection ovens, fryers, griddles, noodle boilers, and more.
"Chemifine Quick Susugi" is for time and energy saving, and cleanliness. It contributes to solving social problems such as labor shortages, and work accidents in the restaurant industry. We will continue to launch products that focus on user's convenience.

Food Factory cleaning Agents

In 2006, we launched a detergent and disinfectant brand for food factories "Saniplan", for responding to the high-level demands of food factories to prevent contamination and microbial contamination. More than just selling products, we enter into the site and investigate the actual usage and dirt regarding problems at the site, and propose solutions that include detergent usage methods and tools.

Solid Fuel

As a pioneer in the industry, "Kaen" has been synonymous with solid fuels. We released new products one after another, creating the market of solid fuel in Japan. "Kaen" is an indispensable tool for hospitality that offers "warm cooking". In order to improve customer convenience, we have led the industry by launching patented products one after another, such as product with aluminum foil, in aluminium bag packages, ignition improved.
In addition to response the changes in food culture, we also have developed a long-burning type for the purpose of keeping warm and a 5-pieces pack type that suitable for customers' use environments. We continue to challenge without standing in a position.
